First, it is essential to determine the shape, material, and length of the piles.
For construction engineering piles, which are typically concrete piles, steel pipe piles, and H-beam piles, an excavator-mounted vibratory pile hammer is recommended. This type of pile hammer uses a vibratory hammer to generate high-frequency vibrations, liquefying or loosening the soil around the pile, thereby reducing soil resistance and facilitating easier pile insertion. The efficiency of this method is notably high. Depending on the shape of the pile, different clamping heads can be selected to securely grip the pile. Generally, excavators with a capacity of 20 tons or more can be used. The lifting height of the excavator determines the depth of the pile.
For highway guardrail or fence posts (non-spiral), a small pile driver modified from a hydraulic breaker can be chosen. This type of pile driver has a low investment cost but high efficiency. We can design various clamping heads to accommodate different types of posts.
For spiral piles, an auger pile driver mounted on an excavator is suitable, or an electric manual pile driver can be used. If you do not have an excavator, we offer integrated pile driving machines with a crawler chassis. For more details, please contact us.
